ORDERING
Do I have to Register to place an order?
No, it is not necessary to register to place an order.
How do I place my order?
Orders can be placed on our website: www.jaybel.com.au/booklists
Please see your login details on your school requirements list. If you cannot locate this, please call us on 07 3423 5888.

Alternatively, you can call our team to place an order over the phone.
Can I come into store to collect my order?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a collection service. Please refer to your Back-to-School handout for the delivery options relevant to your school.
Can I order for more than one student?
Yes, absolutely! Our website allows you to order for multiple students in one transaction.
DELIVERY
How long will it take to process my order?
Orders are processed every business day and will be despatched within the following timeframe. Please note, processing times may vary depending on the time of year.
February to October: Despatched within 2-3 business days.
November to January: Despatched within 7-10 business days.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered once it has been despatched?
Please refer to the Delivery Estimated Timeframe Guide below for expected delivery times once an order has been despatched:
Brisbane: 2 to 3 business days
Regional QLD: 3 to 5 business days
Orders are generally delivered within these timeframes; however, these are estimates only and may be affected by the high volumes of parcels received by our couriers at this time of year.
When can I collect my order if it is being delivered to my school?
Please refer to your Back-to-School handout for this date. Alternatively, please contact our office for further information.
I am going away – can I set my order to be delivered when I come back?
Yes of course. Please use the comments section at checkout to advise that you would like your order to be delivered after a certain date.
Where will my delivery be left if I am not home?
Orders are shipped with Authority to Leave and do not require a signature on delivery. We will look for a safe place to leave your order if no one is home. If you wish for the order to be left in a particular area, please select the ATL box at checkout and select from the list of ATL options.
ORDER TRACKING
How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive an email notification once your order has been despatched from our warehouse.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been despatched, an email with Tracking details will be sent.
Where will my delivery be left if I am not home?

RETURNS
There is something missing from my order, what do I do?
Please contact our team by email sales@jaybel.com.au or call us on 07 3423 5888 to advise us of the missing item(s). To help us assist with your missing items, please provide your order number along with the missing item details.
What if I receive damaged items?
If you receive any damaged items, please contact our team by email sales@jaybel.com.au or call us on 07 3423 5888 with your order number and details of the damaged items.
Can I return an item I ordered?
We offer a refund or exchange if you change your mind within 7 days of purchase.
To request a return, please complete our Return Authorisation Form here. Alternatively, you can email us at sales@jaybel.com.au with your return request. Our team will then provide you with a Return Authorisation, which must be included with the returned items. Please do not send any items back without this authorisation, as we will not be able to process your return.
All products must be returned in new, undamaged condition to qualify for a refund.
